Can I add the contents of a MoodRise capsule to fruit juice, yoghurt, or a smoothie?

Yes, food has no influence on the effect of MoodRise. A change in the flavour of the food is possible, but is dependent on and differs for each individual food.

Does MoodRise have an influence on the effect of medicines?

In principle MoodRise has no significant influence on the effect of medicines. The effect of saffron can enhance the effect of anti-depressants. As a precaution, always consult your pharmacist or doctor when using anti-depressants.

Is MoodRise safe to use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?

Taking food supplements during pregnancy or breastfeeding is not a wise choice. Therefore, the use of MoodRise is not recommended during these periods. If you wish to use MoodRise, please consult your treating physician first.

Can MoodRise be taken by young and old?

The recommended dose of 2 capsules per day is safe and suitable for everyone from 18 years.

When do I feel an effect?

The experience of an effect is different for everyone, but the majority of consumers experience an improvement in their mental energy, mood and emotions after an average of one week.

How long should I take MoodRise?

It is recommended to use MoodRise for at least 6 months. Thereafter it may be considered to phase out the therapy. It is best to do this gradually over a period of 4 weeks. During the taper down period, take 1 capsule of MoodRise every day.

When should I take MoodRise?

MoodRise is preferably taken with breakfast in the morning.

Does MoodRise contain allergens?

MoodRise is free from lactose, gluten, milk proteins and soy. The use of MoodRise is not recommended if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients (see packaging).

Why does MoodRise contain a vitamin B complex?

Vitamins B1, B2, B3 and B6 support normal psychological function. Vitamins B2, B3 and B6 have been shown to help reduce fatigue.

Why is Vitamin D3 present in MoodRise?

Samples show that at least 80% of Belgians are deficient in vitamin D3. Vitamin D3 contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system, among other things.

Why does MoodRise contain ashwagandha and rhodiola?

What type of magnesium does MoodRise contain?

MoodRise contains magnesium glycerophosphate. The bioavailability of magnesium glycerophosphate is higher compared to other magnesium salts. The advantage? Better efficacy and significantly less laxative side effects.

Is MoodRise suitable for diabetics?

Yes. MoodRise has no significant influence on your sugar level. If you are concerned, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
